1 Who we are and what this notice covers

This notice explains cookies and similar technologies used in connection with the Site, account sign-in, checkout and the member library. Our Privacy Policy explains the wider use of personal data, recipients, international processing and your rights.
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local and session storage, scripts that access information on a device, identifiers, pixels and some forms of browser caching. A technology does not fall outside privacy or storage-and-access rules simply because it does not use a cookie.
2 Account and necessary service technologies
Authentication and protected access
Supabase supports account authentication. Session information allows the Site to recognise an authenticated account and protect access to purchased products. Your sign-in session lasts until you sign out or the session is otherwise ended. Individual access tokens can expire or be renewed while a session continues.
Checkout and payment security
Checkout takes place on Lemon Squeezy's hosted checkout pages. When you open them, the merchant of record and its payment providers may use session, security, fraud-prevention or payment-related technologies to process the transaction you request. The exact technology, duration and behaviour depend on the checkout and payment method actually used.
Lemon Squeezy's relevant privacy information is available at https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. Its own disclosures do not remove our responsibility to explain and assess technology loaded through our Site.
Delivering the pages and member viewer
Hosting, network delivery and the browser can use temporary technical information to deliver a page or display purchased digital materials. A browser may cache data while rendering content. That does not create a download button or a general contractual download entitlement for materials sold as online-access-only. The product listing and order information at purchase identify the delivery mode, and the Terms separately address any exceptional download arrangement for permanent library closure.
We treat a technology as strictly necessary only where the applicable legal requirements for that classification are met, for example where it is genuinely needed to authenticate you, protect the service or complete a transaction you requested. We do not extend that classification to an unrelated analytics or advertising purpose merely because the same provider performs both.
3 Preferences and optional technologies
The Site may remember an expressly selected preference, such as a sound or display choice, using browser storage where the feature is implemented. A device setting that the Site reads, such as a reduced-motion setting, is not necessarily a cookie saved by us.
Optional preference storage may remain until the relevant preference is changed, the browser clears it or its configured expiry is reached. Where consent is required for a preference or other optional use, we will ask for it before that use. Where we rely on a legal exemption that requires it, we will give you information and a simple, free way to object.
4 Website analytics and advertising
Our launch policy excludes optional website analytics, advertising pixels and cross-site tracking. Necessary delivery, authentication, payment security and troubleshooting technologies are assessed separately under section 2.
If analytics is introduced later, we will first update this notice and apply the rules on storage and access technologies, including any consent or objection requirements, even where no analytics cookie is used.
Our launch policy excludes Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and other optional analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. If we decide to introduce any of them later, we will first update this notice and implement any consent, objection or other controls required by law.
Our launch policy also excludes optional newsletter open and click tracking. Any later proposal is a separate activity from website analytics and will be explained in the Privacy Policy and relevant subscription information before it begins.
5 Consent and objections
We use necessary technologies without a separate consent choice only where an applicable legal exemption permits that use. If we use a technology that requires consent, we will ask for it before that technology is used, and you will be able to withdraw it as easily as you gave it. Refusing optional use does not prevent the necessary account, purchase or content-access service from working.
If we rely on a statistics or appearance exemption that requires a simple, free way to object, we will provide one. You can also object at any time by contacting support@theexperttrack.com.

6 Managing your browser settings
Most browsers let you inspect, clear or block cookies and site storage. The exact steps depend on your browser and device. Clearing a cookie may not remove other local storage unless you also clear the Site's stored data.
Blocking or deleting authentication storage may sign you out or prevent access to the protected library. Restricting necessary checkout technology may prevent a payment from completing. Deleting local preference storage may reset a preference. You can usually sign in or select the preference again if the necessary storage is allowed.
Changing browser settings does not automatically unsubscribe you from marketing email or delete server-side account and transaction records. Those choices and requests are described in the Privacy Policy.
7 Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if the technologies or their purposes materially change and identify its effective and last-updated dates. We will provide any further notice or choice required before starting a new optional use.

2 تقنيات الحساب والخدمة الضرورية
المصادقة والوصول المحمي
تدعم سوبابيس (Supabase) مصادقة الحسابات. وتتيح معلومات الجلسة للموقع التعرف على الحساب الذي تمت مصادقته وحماية الوصول إلى المنتجات المشتراة. وتستمر جلسة تسجيل الدخول إلى أن تسجّل الخروج أو تنتهي الجلسة لأي سبب آخر. وقد تنتهي صلاحية رموز الوصول الفردية أو تُجدَّد أثناء استمرار الجلسة.
أمن الدفع والسداد
تتم عملية الدفع على صفحات الدفع المستضافة لدى ليمون سكويزي (Lemon Squeezy). وعند فتحها، قد يستخدم التاجر المسجّل ومزوّدو خدمات الدفع لديه تقنيات متعلقة بالجلسة أو الأمن أو منع الاحتيال أو الدفع لمعالجة المعاملة التي تطلبها. وتعتمد التقنية الفعلية ومدتها وسلوكها على وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة فعلًا.

عرض الصفحات وقارئ الأعضاء
قد تستخدم الاستضافة وشبكة التوصيل والمتصفح معلومات تقنية مؤقتة لعرض صفحة ما أو عرض المواد الرقمية المشتراة. وقد يخزن المتصفح البيانات مؤقتًا أثناء عرض المحتوى. ولا يُنشئ ذلك زر تنزيل أو حقًا تعاقديًا عامًا في التنزيل للمواد المبيعة للاطلاع عبر الإنترنت فقط. وتحدد صفحة المنتج ومعلومات الطلب وقت الشراء طريقة التسليم، وتتناول الشروطُ بشكل منفصل أي ترتيب استثنائي للتنزيل عند الإغلاق النهائي للمكتبة.
لا نعامل أي تقنية بوصفها ضرورية تمامًا إلا إذا استوفت المتطلبات القانونية المطبقة لهذا التصنيف، كأن تكون لازمة فعلًا لمصادقتك أو حماية الخدمة أو إتمام معاملة طلبتها. ولا نوسّع هذا التصنيف ليشمل غرضًا غير ذي صلة يتعلق بالتحليلات أو الإعلانات لمجرد أن المزوّد نفسه يقدّم الخدمتين.
3 التفضيلات والتقنيات الاختيارية
قد يتذكر الموقع تفضيلًا تختاره صراحةً، مثل خيار الصوت أو العرض، باستخدام تخزين المتصفح حيثما تكون هذه الميزة مطبقة. ولا يُعدّ إعداد الجهاز الذي يقرؤه الموقع، مثل إعداد تقليل الحركة، بالضرورة ملف تعريف ارتباط نحفظه نحن.
قد يبقى التخزين الاختياري للتفضيلات إلى أن يتغير التفضيل المعني، أو يمسحه المتصفح، أو تنتهي صلاحيته المحددة. وحيثما تُشترط الموافقة على تفضيل ما أو أي استخدام اختياري آخر، فسنطلبها قبل ذلك الاستخدام. وحيثما نستند إلى استثناء قانوني يتطلب ذلك، فسنقدّم لك المعلومات ووسيلة بسيطة ومجانية للاعتراض.
4 تحليلات الموقع والإعلانات
تستبعد سياسة الإطلاق لدينا تحليلات الموقع الاختيارية ووحدات بكسل الإعلانات والتتبّع عبر المواقع. وتُقيَّم التقنيات الضرورية للتسليم والمصادقة وأمن الدفع واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بصورة منفصلة بموجب القسم 2.
إذا أُدخلت التحليلات لاحقًا، فسنحدّث هذا الإشعار أولًا ونطبّق القواعد المتعلقة بتقنيات التخزين والوصول، بما فيها أي متطلبات للموافقة أو الاعتراض، حتى إذا لم تُستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتحليلات.
تستبعد سياسة الإطلاق لدينا Google Analytics وMeta Pixel وLinkedIn Insight Tag وغيرها من تقنيات التحليلات الاختيارية أو الإعلانات أو التتبّع عبر المواقع. وإذا قررنا إدخال أي منها لاحقًا، فسنحدّث هذا الإشعار أولًا ونطبّق أي ضوابط للموافقة أو الاعتراض أو غيرها من الضوابط التي يفرضها القانون.
تستبعد سياسة الإطلاق لدينا أيضًا التتبّع الاختياري لفتح النشرات البريدية والنقر على روابطها. ويُعدّ أي اقتراح لاحق لذلك نشاطًا منفصلًا عن تحليلات الموقع، وسيُوضَّح في سياسة الخصوصية ومعلومات الاشتراك ذات الصلة قبل أن يبدأ.
5 الموافقة والاعتراض
لا نستخدم التقنيات الضرورية دون خيار موافقة منفصل إلا حيثما يجيز استثناء قانوني مطبق ذلك الاستخدام. وإذا استخدمنا تقنية تتطلب الموافقة، فسنطلبها قبل استخدام تلك التقنية، وستتمكن من سحبها بالسهولة نفسها التي قدّمتها بها. ولا يمنع رفض الاستخدام الاختياري عمل الخدمات الضرورية المتعلقة بالحساب أو الشراء أو الوصول إلى المحتوى.
إذا استندنا إلى استثناء خاص بالإحصاءات أو المظهر يتطلب توفير وسيلة بسيطة ومجانية للاعتراض، فسنوفرها. ويمكنك أيضًا الاعتراض في أي وقت بالتواصل مع support@theexperttrack.com.

6 إدارة إعدادات المتصفح
تتيح معظم المتصفحات فحص ملفات تعريف الارتباط وبيانات تخزين المواقع أو مسحها أو حظرها. وتعتمد الخطوات الدقيقة على متصفحك وجهازك. وقد لا يؤدي مسح ملف تعريف ارتباط إلى إزالة بيانات التخزين المحلي الأخرى ما لم تمسح أيضًا البيانات المخزنة للموقع.
قد يؤدي حظر بيانات تخزين المصادقة أو حذفها إلى تسجيل خروجك أو منع وصولك إلى المكتبة المحمية. وقد يؤدي تقييد تقنيات الدفع الضرورية إلى تعذّر إتمام الدفع. وقد يؤدي حذف بيانات تخزين التفضيلات المحلية إلى إعادة ضبط التفضيل. ويمكنك عادةً تسجيل الدخول أو اختيار التفضيل مجددًا إذا سُمح بالتخزين اللازم.
لا يؤدي تغيير إعدادات المتصفح تلقائيًا إلى إلغاء اشتراكك في رسائل التسويق، ولا إلى حذف سجلات الحساب والمعاملات المحفوظة على الخوادم. وتوضح سياسة الخصوصية تلك الاختيارات والطلبات.
7 التغييرات على هذا الإشعار
سنحدّث هذا الإشعار إذا تغيرت التقنيات أو أغراضها تغيرًا جوهريًا، ونحدد تاريخَي نفاذه وآخر تحديث له. وسنقدّم أي إشعار إضافي أو خيار مطلوب قبل بدء أي استخدام اختياري جديد.
